About Deep Well Plates

Deep Well Plate is a more common consumable product in life science laboratories. It is based on the appearance size of ordinary microplates (mainly 96 and 384-well plates), while maintaining the length and width in accordance with SBS international standards, the depth of the wells is increased, thus achieving the purpose of increasing the volume of each well. It is mainly made of polypropylene (PP), a polymer material, so it has good chemical compatibility and can be used for the storage of most polar organic solutions, acidic and alkaline solutions, and other laboratory liquids. Also, the deep well plate is an important consumable for our daily nucleic acid extraction.

It is made of medical grade PP material (polypropylene); it meets USP VI grade and has excellent chemical resistance; it is safe and environmentally friendly to ensure safe and reliable product quality.

High centrifugal stability, can withstand a maximum of 4000g centrifugal force. No breakage, no deformation. Preserve the sample for a longer time. More accurate test results.

Product dimensions conform to ANSI standards, uniform thickness of the bottom and side walls of the plate, flat and uniform upper part of the orifice plate, high uniformity between the holes and the size of the holes to ensure a reliable seal.

Produced in 100,000 grade GMP workshop, advanced injection molding manufacturing line and automated production line, strict control from the raw materials, strict control of quality, rest assured of quality. The products are free of DNase, RNase and heat source pollution.

Classification by product capacity:  0.5ml, 1.0ml, 1.2ml, 2.0ml, 2.2ml.

Classified by the number of wells: most are 96-well plates and 384-well plates.

Classification by hole type: 96-well plates can be mainly divided into round-well type and square-well type. Among them, all 384-well plates are square-well type.

According to the shape of the bottom of the hole classification: mainly U bottom and V bottom (conical bottom)
